You shouldn't use Word and turn it into HTML because you'll get weird characters. Use Notetab Lite instead or notepad Both are free and notepad is already on your computer).
You'll need an autoresponder. The only way to get one free is to go with the free version of Getresponse. But, you can only have I think 5 newsletters in there at a time (for free). There are surly other free autoresponders, but the problem you'll run into going that route is advertising on your newsletter.
